Alfred is my toughest and most experienced opponent to date. I’m excited to be back in the cage after 18 months to prove to myself that I belong. It’s been a long, hard road, and at times I’ve wanted to walk away—but I’ve shown up for myself every single day. This is about chasing a dream that a little boy once had. I want to make that kid proud and show him that anything is possible. No matter the result, I’ll entertain and leave it all in the cage.

I started Muay Thai at 15 as a hobby, but within six months I knew I wanted to pursue fighting as a career. Due to injuries, I couldn’t compete straight away and gravitated toward Jiu-Jitsu. From 2019–2024, my focus was on BJJ, but MMA was always the long-term goal.

Favourite aspect of training or favourite session of the week, and why:
Sparring and Spyda fight simulation sessions — they’re the hardest, but also the most rewarding. I really value the mental progress I can feel week to week.

What are your greatest strengths as an athlete or a fighter:

  • Wrestling technique
  • Adaptability and openness to learning

How would you describe your fighting style:
Still developing, but I’m aiming to be an explosive, grindy wrestler with relentless pressure and control.

Fighting — it demands everything of you: physically, mentally, emotionally. It pushes you to evolve into your best self, and the bonds it builds with your team are unmatched. Plus, it’s just the most exciting sport to watch.

I need to expand my list — no specific name comes to mind outside of MMA yet.

Dan Hooker — I love his style, toughness, and attitude. He’s incredibly inspiring, both mentally and physically.

  • Immediate (2025): Get at least three, ideally four, amateur fights for more cage time and experience
  • Long-term: Compete at the highest level against the best female fighters in the world. I believe I have the dedication and attributes to become world-class — and the right team to help get me there.

Definitely wrestling. Nothing beats the physical exertion and dopamine rush of grabbing, tugging, lifting, and hugging your sweaty best mates. Up the Wahs.

I’m technical, durable, and explosive. If I commit to a shot, no man alive is taking it. And no one is outlasting me. All gas, no brakes—Got all the gas in the tank, baby.

I’m a pressure cooker. I’ll be in your face, walking you down, breaking you until you fold or the buzzer goes.

MMA. Once you start watching simulated murder, nothing else compares. Gymnastics is cool though.

The day I turned 18, I signed up at an MMA gym. I wasn’t allowed to train earlier—my mum’s rules—but I’d wanted to do it since I was 16.

I love constantly learning about myself and the sport. The community and mutual respect in MMA are unmatched. Sparring is my favourite session—it’s where I feel I grow and improve the most.

What are your greatest strengths as an athlete or a fighter:
My mental and physical resilience. Coming from a defence force background has taught me how to perform under pressure and maintain a high level of fitness and discipline.

A relaxed menace. I’ve built a strong, well-rounded foundation in both striking and grappling. Since my debut loss four years ago, I’ve sharpened every tool and come back more dangerous.
