Live sparring drills, with a specific focus on niche areas. It ensures we’re always developing as well-rounded fighters, never stuck in one style.

Heart. Come and test it for yourself.

How would you describe your fighting style:
Pressure and persistence—with bad intentions.

Besides MMA, rugby league—especially State of Origin. Nothing beats the memories of the Maroons winning eight straight or pulling off the impossible when counted out year after year.

  • Rugby League: Matty Bowen
  • Left field: Lleyton Hewitt

Who is your favourite combat sports athlete:
GGG – Gennady Golovkin

What are your immediate and long-term goals:
Fight and win as much as possible this year. Win over the Australian fans with an entertaining style, and make sure I’m in the conversation with Eternal promoters and the UFC as soon as possible.

When fans see your name on a fight poster, what should they expect:
Their new favourite fighter.

How do you see your upcoming fight playing out:
Alfred is my toughest and most experienced opponent to date. I’m excited to be back in the cage after 18 months to prove to myself that I belong. It’s been a long, hard road, and at times I’ve wanted to walk away—but I’ve shown up for myself every single day. This is about chasing a dream that a little boy once had. I want to make that kid proud and show him that anything is possible. No matter the result, I’ll entertain and leave it all in the cage.

A final message to any friends, family and supporters:
Thank you all. I see you, and I appreciate you.
