Quillan began his MMA journey with an amateur debut at Eternal 37. Despite a loss in his first outing, he gained valuable experience and rose through the ranks. He closed out his amateur career with a first-round rear-naked choke win over Abdalla Biayda at Eternal 53, finishing with a record of 8-3 — six of those bouts under the Eternal MMA banner.
Quillan started his pro career with a loss at Eternal 56 in 2021 but quickly bounced back, earning his first professional win later that year at Eternal 62 with a first-round submission over veteran Nicko Flessas. That victory marked the beginning of his win streak.
Quillan secured his second pro win against rising prospect Dom Mar Fan—a matchup that would later lead to a high-stakes rematch further into their careers.
Quillan earned a TKO victory over top prospect Niam Stephens, in a bout that was evenly matched on paper. He broke through late in the first round, securing a decisive stoppage.
It took just 42 seconds for Quillan to dethrone the champion and claim the Eternal Lightweight title, making a statement as the new king of the division.
In his first title defence, Quillan went the full five rounds against American Brett Pastore, showcasing his skillset, determination, and championship pedigree.
With the hype surrounding both lightweights, a rematch between Quillan and Dom Mar Fan was inevitable. But once again, Quillan proved too much, showing exactly why he held the Eternal Lightweight title. This bout would mark his final fight under the Eternal MMA banner.

Quillan faced his toughest test to date—a bout that not only earned him a UFC contract but also saw Dana White step into the cage to shake his hand, a rare nod of approval from the UFC President himself.
Quillan does it again! A statement-making, viral win in his UFC debut—knocking out Anshul Jubli in just 17 seconds of the first round at UFC 312 in Sydney.
