Friday morning sparring—because I’m pushed to my limits by some of the best fighters in Australia.

Besides MMA, rugby league—it’s heavy contact but still demands a high level of skill.

I respect my opponent’s skill set, but I’m finishing this fight inside two rounds—guaranteed.
