ETERNAL MMA 29 "KINGS" - MAIN EVENT
POTTER (C) VS MUMFORD
SOUTHPORT SHARKS EVENTS CENTRE - SATURDAY OCTOBER 21

Two of the more worthy opponents vying for the top spot in the contentious Eternal MMA lightweight division as current champion Callan "The Rockstar" Potter takes on Brentin Mumford in fight that feels surreal even on paper.

Within two consecutive devastating wins on Eternal MMA, Brentin Mumford MMA has cast a shadow over the lightweight division in Aussie MMA. The flying knee and wheel kick that shut down both opponents in the very first round are testament to the explosive show stopping ability Mumford possesses, and the type of threat the lightweight juggernaut can unleash at any given time.

Brentin thrives in an environment where his opponent will oblige him and the Eternal MMA lightweight champion will do just that...

Callan Potter has set fire to rankings and fan expectations for close to a duo of years with a scorching 6 fight win streak, all by stoppage. Potter came to the hostile territory on the Gold Coast in October 2016 to challenge for the lightweight strap and after weathering a storm, landed a buster of a right hand and showed his combat IQ by diving on a fight ending guillotine so begin his reign. But it doesn't end there.

Potter has achieved 4 out of 6 of these finishes within the first round and additionally has fought back from adversity to reclaim victory giving him the title of the hardest working and hardest to kill fighters engaged in the game today.

If you look up fight of the year in the dictionary it'll say "Potter vs Mumford for the Eternal MMA lightweight title".
Absolutely huge show coming, raising the bar yet again. More fights to be released in the coming days
